Dark-the original bar that what was made on MasterChef and the catalyst to bringing The Careless Collection to life. An Ecuadorian 71% dark shell, encasing a salted butter caramel layer with a contrasting balsamic and olive oil ganache.
Amedei-this chocolate is world renowned and once I got my hands on it, there was no turning back. 72% Toscano chocolate matched perfectly with a Pistachio Cremino. A blend of white chocolate, pistachios and olive oil. Plus a hint of cardamom.
