Classic Collection – Caramelised White Chocolate


If you have never tasted caramelised white chocolate, this is your chance. The caramelisation adds a butterscotch taste to normal white chocolate. Inside a breath taking combination of gianduja, smoked chilli and Venezuelan milk chocolate.

Gianduja is the original chocolate paste from Italian Piedmont hazelnuts, chocolate and sugar. The paste I make is one third each. As there is no dairy or liquid in these bars they have have a shelf life of up to six months too
